Guild Wars 2

Hello. I’ve been experiencing some strange lag spieks recently. After playing for a while, I get some Insanely high ping (1000+) which is very abnormal for me (I usually get 90-130 ms). Doing my research on the matter, I came to conclusion tha this isn’t my problem or my ISP’s problem. The reason? Guild Wars 2 is the only MMO I get these lag spikes. Can anyone help me?

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770 3.4 Ghz
GPU: GTX 770
RAM: 16 Gb
HDD: 1x 500 Gb, 1x 300 Gb
SSD: 1x 128 Gb
Net connection: Ethernet ISDN 24Mbps
