Guild Wars 2

The GW2 installation on my new Macbook Air is hanging at “Installing file 506 out of 509.”

It has been this way for about 30 minutes. I have no option to cancel and I’m not sure what to do or how to handle this.

Can anyone recommend a course of action and a solution?

Just quit the launcher and reopen it..you’ll resume the download

I encountered this same problem today with the installer. The fix was to force quit the installer and retry it as fijea said.

To Force Quit, hold down the option key and right-click the installer icon in your dock, then select “Force Quit”.
