Guild Wars 2

Downloaded the installer for this, and it just crashes every time i run it. Everything else on my PC works fine. Other games installed fine, just not GW2. So well, I guess I’m not going to play it.
It says I don’t have enough memory, even though at the time I had 12GB free memory of 16 total. Submitted report to ArenaNet, but of course they won’t help since they are NCSoft after all.

They aren’t NCSoft, after all.

Did you ‘Submit a Ticket’ via the web-form accessed by the ‘Support’ link above/below to contact the Tech CS Team?

Have you checked for LavaSoft programs, as suggested in the Sticky above?

Are you using the 64-bit client?

Gw2 is just one giant binary blob. When you run it it create 2 more files, 1 giant .dat file and another file which I do not know what it does.

Just download Gw2-64.exe binary, create an director for it and run game. You dont need to install it.

Does it create a Crash Report? If so, click ‘Show Details’, and post the first part here for possible assistance.
