Q:
Yesterday it seemed like I messed up, I’d somehow changed the interface size by trying to change songs on my computer.
What was “normal” interface size for me is now “Larger” and what’s Normal is now really small. I checked through every setting and nothing has changed. Also it looks like the font has change and/or gotten bigger.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled but that only seemed to do nothing cause my settings are now the ones I had just mentioned.
I also noticed my graphics setting are set to best appearance when I log in each time.

Have you tried clearing your GW2 cache? Instructions found via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Search (Cache/Troubleshoot)’.

Hm, can’t seem to find it.
I just reinstalled the game from my CD and it’s still the same.
