Guild Wars 2

Hi, I really need help. I just bought the game and it wont let me install/download it. I put in the 1st disc, it autoruns but where it says ‘Downloading’ it turn into red writing saying to check my internet connection although my internet connection is fine. Please help me and give me advice, I already questioned the support team who sent me a link with a game advisor, I runned it and it says to check my internet connection although it’s fine!
What should i do?

I’m not sure but just try seeing if your firewall is blocking it, or just disable your firewall:)
