I’ve had issues in WvW ’’lagg’’ i submit a ticket and i had help from arenanet but 1 question has never been answered to me. How much Mb/s do i need to play Gw2 max settings i got atm 20/mbs but i dont know how much Upload speed i have, I’m about to change my internet and i found one 60/mbs and 6/mb Upload speed is that enough to play Gw2 on max settings with a router and 2 pc’s?

Btw when i send the support ticket they told me that your internet is your problem

How fast your Mb/s is does not affect game performance. For example, 1Mbit down and 1Mbit up are plenty to play any game online. Your latency will play a large role. But what are your pc specs?

If I remember correctly, max GW2 bandwidth is about 50 kBps (kilobytes per second) but I’m not sure about that number – think I read it here somewhere.

I have to report the same. Piken square, multiple maps and WVW. Usually between 20:00 and 22:00 it will start up. I have checked my connection and there is no reason my end for the interruption.

Others then report skill lag, rubber banding and some completely lose connection.

I dont want to be one of those moaners. But I cant see myself sinking more money in to gems until this lag issue is resolved. During the morning and most of the afternoon is fine. But the moment evening hits, terrible spikes start to happen.

I should also add I am playing out of the UK.

Same issue with me. I log in and crash after about 10 seconds. I was getting messages before, but now the game just logs me off out of nowhere. I don’t like to complain or feel a sense of entitlement, but I have been dealing with this since the 10/15 patch, and now I feel as if I can’t even enter tpvp matches for fear of gimping my team. This is completely ruining my gameplay.

Same issue for me. just started about 15mins ago, and now can not be in game for more then 2 mins before the game disconnects. Load screens are about twice as long as well.

I sended support ticket about my specs i can play it Max settings they said’’ My internet conenction was to low’’ and the lagg is only on WvW

KiloG, go to SpeedTest.net and run a speedtest to a server near you and post the results here. Also what country are you in?

When doing WvW have you dropped your character limit settings to Low? You may want to drop all your settings to Low just to test WvW with and see what happens to see if you still experience the same lag.

I i drop it to Low settings is run smooth, the freez/lagg happens only when 30v30+
