Guild Wars 2

So i bought a new pc and i just installed guild wars 2 and when i tried to log in it said that my password or account name was incorrect with the error code 11:1001:2:1542 i went to recover my password i succesfully logged in the website but i cant login in the launcher i saw this guy on the other topic with the same problem he got it fixed and gave something like incident number. Can someone help

So you can login to the forums, but can’t log into the game? Time to send a support ticket to ArenaNet.
