It’s ruined! How to fix?

Problem solved, just loaded a new zone.

yes i had the exact same bug

first of all when i logged into GW2
the chatwindow was up there were Party Interface used to be and my Party Interface was on bottom left where Chat used to be
so i pulled Chat down and then invited someone to party and the Party Window was like the one in your Screen…

Restarted GW2 and it was normal again
