Guild Wars 2

Completely downloaded x64 bit Windows client.
I launched the game by pressing “play”.
A flicker of white on screen for a moment then all I can see is my desktop.
I can hear the game music playing and can even see the game by mousing over the taskbar icon.
I’ve tried using the -window command but it still will not show up.
Can someone help me?
