does anyone know if the software switchblade that allows u to play with a xbox controler violates terms?

I doubt that will be a problem as all it does is interpret button pushes as keystrokes. All the game would see is the end signal. If you start modifying the game itself, either in processes or the data being transferred to the server; that is where the issues start.

Doubt it. A keyboard is basically just another controller, and so is your mouse. So using an xbox controller shouldn’t violate tos.

If they say anything about it I guess you could come with the excuse that xbox is owned by microsoft as well, and it’s kinda lame that you can play the game on microsoft’s OS but not use their hardware :P

Whereas I’m not fully versed on how this program works, I’d imagine that it’s like a lot of other programs that simply translate your button presses into keystrokes and feed them to the computer as if you hit certain keys on your keyboard. With that in mind, the game will interpret this as keys being hit on the keyboard and probably won’t know the difference, as it’s handled on an operating system level and doesn’t interact with the game directly anyway.

Long story short, I think you’d be fine using this.

Playing with a trackpad is the only thing authorized.
