Guild Wars 2

I can’t seem to buy gems anymore. Every time I try to buy, it “fails to finalize my purchase.” I tried getting support, but I don’t have a support account and for some strange reason, it won’t let me register for one.

Anyway, I’ve tried to buy gems 5 times using paypal, ankittenep getting this error. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have tried twice with 2 cc’s and it isn’t working.

I tried, but got no error. It just didn’t open paypal, there was no button to open paypal, and my wife and I repeatedly checked the account to see if anything came in. Nothing.

I really would like to get a new character slot..
