I purchase a bank tab since it’s on sale, unaware my bank tab is already max, is it possible to ask for a refund?

Also, feel a little weird, since when my collection expand is max, gem store won’t allow me to buy anymore, not sure why not do the same for bank tab.(or is it possible that max bank tab will go up in the future? in that case I will just keep it.)

I believe they do refund those but you will need to contact Support (top of the page). It is an easy mistake to make.

The bag slots can also still be bought even if you have maxed them out (I believe). It is always best to buy them from the bag/bank slots themselves rather than straight from the TP – if that makes sense
