It was not the real GW2 login site, it just looks like it.
Had you put your information in your account would have been lost.

Never click on those links… this can give you only more spam. (like they put your email in a database to spam)
Mostly when you hover the link with the mouse, you will see at the bottom of the browser where it is going. And those kind of links may look legit, but when you hover it you see mostly .com.156klytems stuff then you know it is bad
Even just going to those sites is very bad for your PC’s health and your security. Even if you do not enter any data in their prompts you can get infected.
I strongly suggest you do a full scan of your computer for possible malware infection. I also recommend using two different scanners to help ensure something does not get missed. If the scanning software finds anything at all on your system, then I suggest (after you get everything cleaned off your system) you quickly change the passwords for every site you logged into since you visited that link. These phishing sites are designed to try and collect any information that might be useful or valuable to their owners and just visiting the site can compromise your system.

By going to that site, you probably downloaded a keylogger onto your PC.
