Is this a fishing email?
edit: i have an authenticator and whatnot and i dont believe my account has been compromised in any way. password is intact and errything..
Personally, I wouldn’t respond to it. Or click any links in it or whatever.
I just got an email from “arena-net” saying this :
Greetings!
It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell your personal Guild Wars account(s). As you may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement. If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled. It will be ongoing for further investigation by ArenaNet Entertainment’s employees. If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account ownership.
You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account to this secure website with:(Not gonna post the real website name)
If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently. Once we verify your account, we will reply to your e-mail informing you that we have dropped the investigation.
Regards,
Account Administration Team
Thanks! —The ArenaNet Team"Is this a scam to keylog me and get my PW?
Likely, I would just delete it and move on. The closing part of that letter looks awfully thrown together by some program. It probably should have read:
’Regards,
Account Administration Team’
or
’Regards,
The ArenaNet Team’
not both with an added ‘Thanks’ which just looks very out of place.

Anet would also start a mail to you with your name or user name not “Greetings”
That is fake.
1. ArenaNet is ArenaNet, not arena-net or ArenaNet Entertainment.
2. ArenaNet does not send a warning e-mail, nor does any company in general. If there is enough evidence suggesting that you are selling an account, you are banned.
