I’m no pro in this so I advice you to do like I do since I started to play games, go to this site and search for Guild Wars 2. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

GW2 is incredibly poorly-optimized, so expect to run at very poor framerate most of the time. But if you can handle that, yeah, it’ll do.

If we’re talking Medium / Low settings @1080 then that setup is OK, it can run the game no problem.

You might drop to 10-20 fps in crowded areas / WvW though.

In a word. No.

But if u dont mind low fps it will run GW2.

It’ll do OK as long as you have reasonable expectations, meaning 30fps will less than maximum graphic settings.

Dual core hurts performance.
GTX 645 is a mix, faster shader and fill performance but slower memory bandwidth than the GTX 650.

This isn’t the Alienware X51 is it? Slim chassis PCs bring a special challenge to upgrade later.
