Since the most recent update, there have been numerous occasions on which I have tried to log into the game and been totally stuck on the loading screen. The area will literally refuse to load, causing me to have to quit the game and restart, leaving me with an uncomfortable anticipation as I await whether the game will actually let me play. If you could sort this out, that would be cool.

I’ve run into the same issue while trying to load into Iron Marches area, i need to force close the client then try again, but to no avail, my character will not load into this area.

Name of character attempting to load in area: Gin Gimlet, level 57 asura guardian.

Each attempt gives me an error message roughly 4-5 minutes in: The game client lost its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and try again. (Code=7:0:0:783:101)

I cannot load Stonewright’s Steading in Hoelbrak AT ALL. I’ve tried numerous times and it just sits at the loading screen.

Just to add on, I am unable to load one of the story area as well in Divinity Reach, it keep getting stuck at the loading screen. Same error display as above.

I am also having issues with story instances in divinity. Tried a few and am forced to dc and reconnect every time.

Same issue with “The Perils of friendship” in Divinity’s Reach.

Same here, glad it’s not just me, but I’m sure you aren’t. It appears every time I try to load an instanced area (ie I’ve been clearing the beginning towns so all (Home) regions, Idea Induction lab, etc.) I’ve not gotten one to load all the way through yet today, and have had to force close the client each time

Im having the same as Lunabel. It seems the rest of my loading screens work fine though its just that personal story in Divinty.

Same thing here as well, Black Citadel Blood Tribune Quarters refuses to load.

Add Applied Development Lab and Arcane Council in Rata Sum to this list.

I also had an issue loading the Blood Tribune Quarters. After a few minutes, I gave up and quit the program using “Close Window” from the windows desktop. When I tried to log back in with the same character (Ionarr), I received a message about not being able to connect to the log in server (Code: 19:9:18:1614:101). The game client restarted and I was able to log back in normally.

Iron Marches, Darkhaven server. Got two characters “stuck” on that loading screen currently. I’d be REALLY upset if I didn’t have another 80 I can run event content with, but this is a major inconvenience all the same.

Iron Marches, Darkhaven server. Character is stuck after using portal. When using waypoints I kept getting the error that the waypoints were contested. It’s my only lvl 80 character so it’s quite an inconvenience. Hope the problem gets solved soon.

I’m also unable to access the Arcane Council area in Rata Sum. Getting the same hanging at the interim screen. I then have to quit the game and relog.

I’m having this problem with Iron Marches on Darkhaven as well

Has anyone had any luck at all getting into theses area – if you keep reloading will it eventually go through? Im also stuck on Perils of Friendship in Divinity. I just bought the game yesterday and I would like to start advancing the plot lol

Ditto on failure to load Arcane Council area. Same error others are getting.

This is an exact match for the problem I have with the Council instance in Rata Sum. Something affecting “leader” instances in cities?

I have 2 characters stuck in loading for Iron Marches as well.

I am also having issues with the Queen’s throne room. Cannot load and I require a second client restart to play the game.

This happens to me as well with Mad King’s Labyrinth, the map stagnates on the loading screen, and after a couple of minutes gives me an error following by a client reboot.

Apparently regards the lost of connection between the client and the server.

I am also having issues loading the Queens Room and Perils of Friendship in Divinity’s Reach. (Code=7:0:0:783:101)

Same here. Two characters over a span of time, neither gets in.

Please help, I am also stuck on endless loading screen trying to go into “Queen’s Throne room” in Divinity reach. It’s the last place I need for my map completion of this city. Been trying for 3 hours now.

It sounds like its all related.. Instanced areas appear totally borked..
As some people may have experienced.. the server can kick you off immediately after force-restarting the game. Perhaps this is indicating a server issue..

Cannot get into Queen’s Throne Room or Seraph’s Headquarters in Divinity’s Reach… So much for 100% completion today…

People please try it out and let me know if I’m right.

Same here, can’t get into Seraph Headquarters, it gets stuck on the loading screen. Forcing a close and relogging pops me back into Divinity’s Reach.

So is there any update or reply to this?

Ok, well my issue seems to have been resolved, i successfuly logged onto my asura guardian in Iron Marches map.

I concur; My character can now enter the Council Level in Rata Sum.
I encountered no difficulties in the Norn capital.
No problems in the Sylvari capital.

Haven’t re-tested Divinity’s Reach; I already had the Queen’s chambers POI from an earlier visit. Also haven’t tested Black Citadel; that’s been done a while.

Looks like this has fixed itself.
