I am currently having issues when trying to purchase gems via ingame,
A few months back I used to purchase gems via my credit/debit card and it used to work just fine until recently, You must also know that I am currently living in Mexico which does make it difficult for me to purchase Gem cards or redeem codes, I would like to know if There is any other way I may purchase gems via deposit to a account, (Paypal is giving me the same error message) and with credit/debit card I am recieveing a error message "Card Approval Failed " I Have contacted recently my bank They told me that I do have the sufficent Amount of money to purchase 35$ Worth of gems Please respond and Thank you in advance

But nothing there seems to help resolve my issues. And I have created multiple tickets regarding my problem out of frustration I am now creating a Topic in the Forum waiting for a arena net Staff member.

Creating multiple tickets will not help you. It sounds like you just created your tickets so I would just suggest being patient and letting support get to you. They have a lot of players contact everyday, so it might take a while.

Also the forums can not help you if you are having issues purchasing, only support through the ticket system can.

Well, These are not new tickets.
These have been created since a week ago I really can’t see how much “help” the support team can offer since I just recieved automated or bot response to my issues.
