Guild Wars 2

i posted a long time ago(15 days ago in fact)..i dont know if there was a “technical” response(there wasnt any on the last question i asked about it 15 days ago) ….running win 7 x64(all updates)….gw2 steel series mouse(updated drivers and engine)…gateway fx(7805pu…updated bios)

i also have the sound bug.. think they could be related?
so i guess my question is… am i the only one with this ?
is there a fix for this?
i mean its been 2weeks since i first mentioned.. and no answer from anet

its almost a game breaker for me.. everytime i get into something big….wvw,,,fighting jormag or tequatl… roaming a fractal….or playing in coe…i will loose mouse control..and have to wait for mouse to reinstall… usually resulting in my death…we were doing tequaltl in sparkfly..i died twice.. lost mouse control twice….

it only happens with gw2,,,,tested in amazing spiderman(2012) 4 hours no hang up…tested in transformers the fall of cybertron..again no unistall reinstall while playing…tested in dishonered…once again no issues.. log into play guild wars.. go fight a dragon.. loose mouse control 3 times during one battle…
since the error only occurs in gw2.,,,i think its not my system….
checked bios…checked os system updates…checked each usb port…checked usb hub…..checked mouse drivers..and steel series mouse engine

what makes it funny to me is its not like its a POS mouse…its the one gw2 sponcered has the dragon logo on this steel series mouse

I have just started having this happen when playing gw2 after the Clockwork Chaos patch.

Mouse uninstalls and reinstalls drivers while playing guild wars 2 and only guild wars 2.

I am googling my heart out to find out why this is happening and to find out how to fix it.
