Before anything else I greatly apologize if this wasn’t the correct area to post and/or its already been answered but I’ve submitted a ticket and I’ve look around everywhere for a solution.

I purchased a bag slot expansion from the BLT Co. while I was in the Mad Kings Clock Tower waiting around and I got the mail for the item yet there was no item attached to the mail. After searching around the forums I found that the most common fix was deleting mail because the counter seems to often get bugged. I deleted all my mail except for the one where the bag slot expansion consumable is supposed to be and waiting half an hour and there’s still no sign of a new mail or the item.

Can anyone help me figure out where to go from here? No one wants to lose gems without getting what they purchased in return.

Once again; apologies if there is an easy fix for this that I missed or if I posted in the wrong area.

Attached is a screenshot of my mail, my inventory, and the BLT Co tab that shows that I purchased it recently. I started playing after a long pause recently and would like to resolve this as soon as possible. If any other information is required I will gladly supply it.

Did you open the mail on that character? I ask because the mail is over an hour old. Is it possible you opened it on an alt, and that character has the bag unlocked?

I did open it on the character I purchased it on. Its an hour old because I like I said I decided to research a bit before posting.

Migumi: Your posted screen shot of the mail has no ‘accept’ button, so silly but possibly relevant question – at the time you first received it an hour before the screen shot was your inventory full?

I have heard that if there is no free slot for accepted deliveries to fit into and you accidently hit ‘accept’ the accepted item can get stuck or vanish.

Closest to this I’ve ever experienced is farming a node underwater when my inventory was full, getting interrupted to fight and then having to search for the hard to spot drop material after the right screen side dialogue box had vanished – which I did find and collect after clearing space for it. Interestingly the farmed node stayed on screen in minimap until I collected the materials, which showed as the usual ‘sparkles’ you get with lootable corpses.

As Inculpatus and nottsgman say, looks like your in the hands of the support mages with this one – good luck.

One tip to keep in mind in the future:

If you purchase Bag Slots or Bank Slots by clicking the ‘lock icon’ on your character or bank, no consumable is sent and the slot automatically opens. This prevents loss errors and already-hit-max-amount errors.

(Don’t forget to check your bank, just on the wild, odd happenstance the consumable might have ended up there.)
