I’m certain the answer is no, but I cant seem to find a topic about it.. and I figure this is the spot to ask at. but if we consumed Multiple jade tickets for the same skin, can we get a refund of the Jade Claim ticket?

Hey Sakura,

I just wanted to say that though that is likely the case, I requested a refund on my duplicate fused dagger, and they did give me 400 gems for it. Now that’s probably not typical, but I don’t see why you shouldn’t ask.

Sure couldn’t hurt to submit a request (tho it may take a while to get a response).
