I can log into my account here just fine, but, she’s locked out of hers? We have two serial numbers, and two registered accounts? She can’t reset her password, or even log into her account.

What’s going on, anyone have a suggestion?

contact support by submitting a ticket?

Also on a side note this is like the 3rd “girlfriend cant access the game” thread i’ve seen in the last hour lol

We’ve submitted a ticket to reset password. He asked us for our “character name”….She hasn’t even INSTALLED the game yet! She can’t even get to the download screen because she’s locked out of the account.

Is this a joke? LOL.

Have you told support you haven’t downloaded or installed the game?

They aren’t mind readers..

That said I’ve received some logic defying responses from support before..

yeah, if they don’t know the account hasn’t even been logged into yet and a character created, they would ask for the name – it’s SOP for guildwars and Aion, IIRC.
