Just got account back and...
You have no proof whatsoever that said person (posting names is against the rules btw) is the one responsible for the “hacking”.
In order to get stuff back you have to contact support and request a roll-back. Keep in mind however that this is a one-time only process.
You can contact support by creating a ticket via the Services —- Support tab on the top right of the forums.
Good luck.

Have a ticket open. Pretty sure that’s the person though, I haven’t logged on since October 2014, and the mail in my mailbox is 1 month old. I would not have been online to receive or send mail, and this individual is also someone whom I do not know.
Being pretty sure is not really proof though.
If I hacked someone I wouldn’t be stupid enough to send a mail to myself, especially not without deleting said mail.
All you can do now is wait for response from Support and take it from there.
