Hi everyone, I just bought gw2 and installed it completely, but when I accept the agreements and click “I agree” the grey window goes away and I see the guildwars start page and when I click anywhere on that page I get a white screen with a loading sign as mouse, and I se at the icon on the bottom: guildwars2 is not responding and get to choose: check for issues and close, close and wait for the program to respond. It’s a good wai to start a new game :/ I have all the requirements to run the game: hd6670, 3gb ram memory. I tried lots of things and still, it doesn’t work.

What processor?

Have you tried a repair yet?

Are you running the client as administrator?

I have a: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93Hz 2.93GHz processor
I do run as admin

You can try and delete the local.dat file (under my documents/guild wars 2). Then load the game.

If that doesn’t help, could you check to see if you have arenanet.log (same location stated above), if there is anything listed, export this log as .txt and post it here using more posting & formatting options below.

You can try running a diagnostic by appending -diag just like doing repair. Post that too.
