Yesterday, I submitted a ticket regarding a reimbursement of my karma currency, but have not received a response yet?

My original concern was that I accidentally purchased a piece of karma gear, which I intended to preview, not purchase. Is there any possibility for a refund, because 42,000 karma, is a lot of currency to waste for an item that I don’t want, lol!
