Hi,

Since the patch I have an issue in that every time I log-in I have to reset all the settings to my preference – rebind keys, change volume, hide bags etc. Then when I log in the next day they have all been lost again.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

Are you sharing an account? Keybindings are stored on the server so anyone accessing your account could be changing your settings (except for video/sound).

After changing your keybindings, close the window, open the game’s menu and select logout (to the launcher). Log back in. Did they reset? If yes, there may be something wrong with your account.

Are you running the game with the -prefreset option (check your shortcut)? It will reset your preferences.
