Guild Wars 2

So this just started yesterday. I’ll get into Guild Wars 2 just fine, find a group, start doing a dungeon, then right smack in the middle of everything I get an error message and the game kicks me out.

When I try to restart the client and log back in, I get error message 42:1000:7006:852 and the game refuses to log back in, and I wind up missing out on my dungeon group that I just managed to put together. This is really really really frustrating, since I’ve managed to organize three groups now and missed out on the rewards for every single one of them.

Is this problem client-side, ISP-side, or is it Arenanet’s servers?

spam the log in servers as fast as you can…thats been working for me lately. not sure if it will forever though. just have the login screen remember your info and try over and over to get it to let you in.

I get kicked every 25 minutes since the unannounced maintenance about 15 hours ago. They stated it`s over, but I`m still getting the Login Server error fairly consistently. I think it`s safe to assume people will be having login issues for a little bit yet. Chat is also still horribly laggy as of an hour ago. Confirmed with guildmates.

Could we get an official answer as to what`s causing the problemsÉ

The game’s down for hours and Anet uses Twitter to relay info? Terrible. Find a better way to notify us, please.

Perhaps since the support and forum sites often go down togetger its usefulto have a third party site. However these kinds of unannounced maintenance jobs aren’t acceptable when official media are up please announce in the announcement forums when you idisable service for more than 12 hours, however necessary the maintenance.
