I was reading through the Knowledge Base, and I noticed that the instructions for removing the Mobile Authenticator may be inaccurate, as well. I’m not positive, but I was under the impression one needed assistance from CS for that. Could be mistaken, though.
The KB also states that it is not possible to link a terminated Guild Wars account with a Guild Wars 2 account, which we know is possible, but no rewards would be forthcoming. That might be confusing to others, as the KB mentions nothing about inaccessible rewards, just that the two accounts can not be linked.
