Guild Wars 2

I have all the areas Completed, and the chanitry of secrets unlocked with the POI discovered. I am not receiving the completion however. A friend told me to submit a bug to get it unlocked which is what he did. IF you could please check it would be appreciated, thankyou.

1 – You would want to send a support request, not a bug report. Bug reports don’t get you help (directly). For a support request, if you have not yet sent one – click “support” at the top of the webpage then choose “Ask a Question”.

2 – This forum is for following up on issues more than initiating help – if you haven’t already submitted a support request, you should do so. If you have, and it’s been 3+ days since you did and it’s not moving along/been resolved, post the ticket number in the sticky thread in this forum titled “Tickets for Review”.

If you think it’s a bug then you need to contact support, no one on the forum can correct a bug.

But if it were me, I would waypoint into each map and city separately again and check the map completion on each before I contacted support, being sure to check the wps and POIs that have been recently added to the game. If you did an area a long time ago and they added to that area since then then you will need it for map completion.

Krytan explorer is not tied dirctly to map completion. There are zones in the map wih no hearts, wps, pois, skill points, etc. those also contribute to Krytan explorer acheive. What I would suggest is to look at the wiki on the various maps that detail each zone in the map.

Look at any that do no have wp, sp, etc. if it is “fuzzy” on your map that is the culprit.

This is correct.
The explorer achievement’s are tied to the areas explored. This is what you would see as a pop up on the screen “you have discovered xxxx”. As an example, if you look at the map at the link below, it will show all of the different areas you need to discover to clear the map, but note that not all of the areas have WP or POI in them.
