Whether I set this on Low or any setting up to Ultra there is no discernible difference in the rendering. Mine appears to be “stuck” on Ultra. I asked a few others to test the same, to see if they can lower or increase the setting. No change whatsoever.
Objects in-game will only change when they need to, so if you’re just sitting there flipping the option, it’ll never change. You actually need to force it to update by moving.
Open both images on top of each other and flip between them. The city, the flowers on the bridge, the far left or right houses and tree in the back for example.
