So I haven’t changed anything to my computer, I last played during the holidays and have no reinstalled the game and tried MANY different things to try and make this work.

I have
AMD FX 4100 Quad core processor 3.6GHz
8.0GB
64-bit Windows 7
Asus HD 7870 Graphics Card

Anyways, I could run this game on pretty much max settings at 60fps. Now I can barely make 15 and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve done so much to my computer the last couple days and it still hasn’t fixed anything.

I’ve tried defrag, viruses, reinstalling, updating drivers, changing settings (which in game doesn’t make a difference in my fps, even lowest settings are still 15 tops), and a few other things. I’m at a loss here

Problem is : more people on the server

Do you know how much is FX 4100… and you are playing at max settings
- lowest model limit
- lowest character quality
shaders – low

Just set setting to get playable and still good quality

OC FX 4100 to 4.5Ghz – if you have cooling and OC mobo

@FlyingBee Shaders are GPU heavy, not CPU. I just fiddled with it, in LA I got 55-57 fps shaders set to high. when I turned them to low it went up to 60-63. As I turned Shadows down from High to Low, it went up to 70, even when Shaders were on High.

Also you shouldn’t turn Char Quality to lowest, that’s when you see every player in a generic pink armor. setting them to low-med should be sufficient. Limit can be lowest-low tho.

Those settings should be set no matter what CPU you have, but especially with FX-4100 or slower.

Ive tried the lowest settings and it only increases fps by 2. Max i get is like 15, i already said that in my first post

Okey then do this
- try reinstalling game
- Uninstall drivers then clean with driver sweeper (restart PC) and install 13.2 cat

sounds like your GPU isnt linked at 8x or 16×.

Download GPU-Z and CPU-Z, and verify the PCI-E Link speeds are 16x (in and out of the game).
