Q:

Hello Everyone,
I turn to the English forum now, we Germans have for over two months problems with the servers, but so far, nothing happened.
Apparently the problem is with Lvl 3 Telekom, but also NCSOFT laggs too.
Now my question is, why not even calls Anet in the telecom and clarify that?
I have collected some evidence that I’ve uploaded times.

The Pingplotter is a couple days but older may also like to make a new one.

The German Forum fills up more and more, but so far nothing happens.

I hope I can even get some answers here. We have this problem for over 2 months, this can not go on. Under these circumstances, we can not play. Every 15-20 min 30 sec lagg. I pray for my bad English to apologize and I hope I can change something or some help.

Ps. I have good Gamercomputer and i have Kabel Germany 100Mbit.

The only issue I see on that video are insane FPS drops… Not net lag. You’re talking about 5:36 of the video right?

Yes but its not my System, i can Play other Games with no Problems and see my Pingplotter i can try a new.. Look in German Forum, lot’s of Player have the same Problem. Thats not normal. I Play Call of Duty on High qualli and this dont laggs.

Inculpatus: yes, we know about it BUT:
WE DON´T GET ANY ANSWER.
We are having 10-30 sec lags for 6 months and our community manager says nothing since 1,5 months…
We have more than 137 page full with issues and no anwers from Arenanet.
Support closes our tickets with “your provider is fault”, but it isn´t.
We are just being ignored…and we WANT an answer. We paid for the game and bought several times “diamonds”, so we are custumers that payed for the services…..and we didn´t get any :@@@@

@Inculpatus, i have seen this Threat too late, sorry but is not the Problem. Gurni you hit the nail on the head. In the last 2 months it has become increasingly worse and worse, but nothing is happening. Although it is a call in Frankfurt would only or also NCSOFT. You Americans do not have these problems, you sit so close to the main server, your connection is not over longer distances.
