I logged in, couldn’t join parties and chatbox is lagging so I logged out then couldn’t log in again..

heres some extra info*

i was doing fine playing fractals then i kept being able to play but i noticed that when i open black lion trading company window(with o) it says that im using proxxy /yet i could go to get my inbox items from TP then i could talk/whisper normally but i couldnt see my guild chat comments or make any posts at /g

after that i tried relog and tadaa cant log in

Is it an authenticator issue? I tried to unlink mine to see if it would fix the issue and it keeps coming up with invalid code on the website…

Basically the same issue to me… can’t even log in at all!! Plus my account got hack yesterday. Hope you look into that too! was lucky for not losing all my items. Europe and gandara server.

I got the same error, EU but as Vaupell says it’s the launcher login which is failing, not server join =[

Same problem here. I’m on EU Gandara.

The servers might be under a lot of stress so spamming the log-in button might not be helpful here guys! ^__^ hope this helps

I get it when I try to log on to the game. I didn’t have this problem a few hours ago so strange. Hope it can be fixed soon either by something I can do or GW.

Having the same problems, playing on a EU server, getting kicked out and now I can’t logg in.

Okay so I managaged to get in game, however, it says I’m the only person in my guild when I know I’m not, and half my friends who are on says they’re not according to the friends list

Same issues, EU. To make matters worse, I rebooted my router just in case, so that gave me a new IP address, and when I click the link on the email to verify the log in attempt I keep getting “An Error has Occurred”. kitten you Anet.

Playing on EU, Ring of Fire, from the uk, getting this error as well.

I’ve got the same problem. I play on EU servers (Underworld). My boyfriend, however, who is in the same network (So same IP, also the same servers) Can log into the game just fine.
