Can’t log in for 2 hours, my friend successfully logged in 20 min ago. Both EU, Desolation? rus

Same problem here, can’t log in

I’m located in Europe (Norway) but I play on a US server (Kaineng), can’t even log in on the client (not getting into character section). However I can preform “-repair” without any problems, so it have connections with the servers somehow.

It have been like this for about 2 hours.

I think this is an issue with an acount server. Not the loader or the game itself.
I am now playing on the account of a friend.
On the same PC where my own account gives the error

Same problem here with EU Dzagonur. Error 42:1020:9001:4103.
A friend told me, that I show up as online in-game. But I only get the error message from the launcher.

GW2 twitter says “Do you have a NA copy of the game?” What does it mean??

Hi there i can’t log in either in EU server. Gives me same error as everybody else :S

I am from Europe, playing NA server and I can not log in.

We play together with my husband on the same server. As you can probably guess at that point, one of us (he) can log in just fine while the other one (me) can not. We use the same ISP (same IP). First I tried to /repair my client. Didn`t work. I tried to log in from his PC – I couldn`t log in either. He could log from my PC just fine. So, not a client or a PC problem. Next up was net errors. We restarted our router to get new IP. Same. Also, my husband was able to login after IP change without getting email that he should confirm new IP to login.

There is also another pair playing in my guild, they have exact same trouble – only one of them can login.

Maybe there’s something that we have in common. Maybe it affects only accounts created before offical release? Or maybe something else.

I get the error: “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time…”

NB ..was actually logged in and got error in TP, so did ‘usual’ fix of logging out and back in ..errr >.>

Update: logged in as of 17:18gmt ..(but) once logged in client displays email address instead of account name
