Launcher not recognizing password

I read a thread yesterday where someone tried multiple times and suddenly everything worked. If you continue to have difficulties, go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page so that they can assist you.
For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.

I will have to submit a ticket. I am having this same problem with the launcher not accepting my password. I can log into the website just fine using my email and password, but if i use my display name it does not accept. I’ve changed the password, but still no acceptance using the display name.
To log into the game you must not use your display name, but the email address associated with your account, just as you do to log into the forums. Hopefully doing so will alleviate your problem. Good luck. =)
Make sure there are no spaces left at the end of the password.
