Launcher password problem
I’m having the same issue.
On the forum it’s OK but not the launcher.
Already submitted a ticket #130225-001207
Please escalate.
First, write a support ticket.
Second, “escalation” will be done, when the ticket goes unanswered for more than 3 days. There is a special “tickets older than 3 days” sticky thread here for such a purpose. But currently the time to answer tickets is faster than 3 days.

Nyczu, I encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket. You can also update your ticket to provide more of that information.
