Hello
I could’t login in to launcher becouse he says theat I enter wrong username or password but with same Login and pass I login to webside and forum and it’s ok.
Error code is: 11:1001:2:1352.
I tried to reset password few times and change it, launch on diferents computers and still nothing.

I’m having the same issue.
On the forum it’s OK but not the launcher.
Already submitted a ticket #130225-001207

Please escalate.

First, write a support ticket.
Second, “escalation” will be done, when the ticket goes unanswered for more than 3 days. There is a special “tickets older than 3 days” sticky thread here for such a purpose. But currently the time to answer tickets is faster than 3 days.
