Launcher stuck at 0
Check your firewall and router settings to make sure you don’t have a rule set up that might be blocking it.
I have also heard others mention to try waiting it out for a while to see if it finishes.

Another member informed me of an unfortunate situation in that it appears that the developers are no longer monitoring this forum. So I encourage you to submit tickets any time you have a problem with the Mac client. Hopefully if enough Mac users keep submitting problems that occur they might start looking into things.

Change the language to French and let it download. The switch back to English.
