Launcher utilizing small amount of DL speed?
When you say that you pay for 7 MB down, you do mean that your internet is ~55 mbps, correct? If so, it’s just how it goes. I have a 95 mbps down connection (~12 MB/s) and it usually patches at like 3-5 MB/s, which is good enough, but yeah, it does tend to go slow.

This can depend allot on the load of the server or how much bandwidth they have allocated for each connection.

Depends on your isp’s connection path. For instance, I have a good path so I have yet to see below 5MB/s, but most of the time it sits at 10 or 11MB/s.
If you have a kittenty or overloaded node you have to hit before you reach the server, just be happy you are getting 1MB/s, many users aren’t even getting that.
