I purchased the deluxe edition of the game and I never received the legacy armor box. I’ve been on and off of Guild Wars 2, and now since I’m active again I want to redeem my reward, but through my support tickets I didn’t receive any assistance. What should I do?

If you purchased the game before the first anniversary, you would not be entitled to the Legacy Armor box.

I’m not sure what you mean by “didn’t receive any assistance”. Do you mean they told you you weren’t eligible? That you did not receive a response? Something else?

It depends on when you bought the deluxe edition. If you bought the oldest edition prior to the release of the Heroic edition/upgraded deluxe edition you do not receive the armor skins or any of the other items that came with Heroic. If you bought the more recent edition and feel you should receive the rewards you will have to continue your conversation with support.
