What the hell is going on..

I have 2 tickets: first one : 120831-018521
1 posted on 31-8 and still no reply. The status changed to duplicate for some reason.

So I made a 2nd ticket 6 days ago: 120908-003334
I got a copy paste response twice in a row asking me for my username wich I submitted twice already now.

I seriously just want my unban already. You have no idea how it feels to be 40 levels behind on your friends.. -_-

Is this really how the support works?
