Hello,

I’m Mark de kitten and I’ve played guild wars 1 a loong long time. Now when registering I used a different e-mail adres, and I think it recognised the e-mail adres and linked it, or I accidentally yped in the e-mail adres because I thought I had to fill in the email adres for making the account and not linking it.

As things are now my Guild Wars 2 account is registered to my E-mail adres; {REDACTED}
I wanted to link it to the Guild Wars 1 account: {REDACTED}
The account is currently linked to Guild Wars 1 account: {REDACTED}
Which I think is an account I made when I got a 30-day trail for Nightfall… Which makes it a pretty worthless account.

I would really like to get my GW2 account linked to the GW1 account I had in mind. Is there any way to fic this slip up? ( I think it was my own fault for not reading properly and filling in the wrong E-mail adress not knowing it was for linking the account. )

Anyone knows anything that could be of help?

Kind regards,

Mark de kitten

Hi Mark,

First, I removed your personal account information. Please don’t post account names, etc., on the forums.

Secondly, Support can help you, so I encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.

Lastly, I’m sorry about the name filtering, but it’s to prevent “creative spelling” of a disallowed word. We regret that this is necessary.
