Guild Wars 2

When I go to link my Guild Wars 1 account to this one (I think I remember the password [How can I recover my guild wars 1 account?]) I get a blank page with some plain text across the top.

Is it broken or is there something I’m doing wrong.

I have been trying to do this as well and to only get the same message… And this going on for me over 2 weeks and many emails sent in but yet not fixed… Umm what’s up??? I am new to this community and was hoping for a bit of a nicer move from one game to another. Even tho my gw 1 is on my steam account I thought why not merge it… Do I get something cool if I do

Perhaps emailing was my wrong doing… Could you kindly tell me where about this ticket system, feature is… As I stated in my other post, I am new to this community.
