Hello,

I know full well that I can’t get help from this forum so I already sent a mail to customer support on april 11th about the following message " “A server error has been encountered. Please wait a moment and try again." that is displayed when I try to link GW1 and GW2 accounts. I’ve had it since release and had forgotten about it so when I remembered I could link GW1 and GW2 accounts I thought it’d be fixed already.

In any case, I gave all the needed information about both accounts and since I originally bought the game in french I submitted the ticket in french. Is there any way to speed things up a bit? I wondered about going to the french Account Issues subforum but it looks like a graveyard, some people are even posting phishing links in their post so even the moderators look inactive.
