Locked out of Game For a week
Check what your security options are set as. Clear the known networks. Check to see if your email account is still correct for email validation.
You may also want to post the Ticket numbers here, so if Gaile sees it, she can check the status.

Ziplock, I mean the Account Security settings. At the top, click “My account” and then “Security” along the left hand side. You may have email notification turned ON, yet the notices going to a now invalid email account.

Also, this needs to be moved to the Account issues forum if you are not having a technical issue starting the client (it does not appear that your issue).
Here are a few common issues I have seen many times in dealing with log in issues:
- Make SURE you are typing in the email address associated with your account in the login box (NOT your account name).
- Uncheck both the “remember ID / PW” boxes below the log in fields, EXIT the Client, start it again and manually type in EMAIL address and password (you should be able to recheck the boxes AFTER you get logged in for the first time).
