Log in error
Already made my own topic about this, but wanted to say that the exact same thing happens to me with the exact same error code.
I can see from your screenshot, you are not using the correct login information to attempt to login.
Account Name = email address associated with your game account (you are trying to use your Display Name)
Password = whatever combination of alphanumeric/symbols you chose
Try using the email and password, you should have better luck.

You can log into the forums, so if you have your password saved in your browsers tools, you might try copy/pasting it into the launcher.
Oh, and make sure your email has been validated, as well.
If you continue to have issues with log-in, CS will assist you as soon as your ticket comes up in the queue.
Also, you might consider removing the screenshot, as displaying half your log-in information is dangerous.

The gami is finished and i still cant log in
Well, if it’s finished downloading and you are no longer using your display name but the same login that you are using for the forum, email and password, and still can’t get in, then you will probably have to wait for support.
Depending on how busy they are, it can take up to 3 days. For more technical help you might want to try the Tech Support forum.
