Anyone else having log in issues? I get booted to the “incorrect account name or password” message. Go to recover account and it "stalls"out and won’t load.

221 hours over 1,581 days of bank space/hot pve/lion’s arch afk and some wvw.
For me it started when trying to log off to character selection screen and the screen stayed black for more than a minute. SO I presst Alt-F4. Since then I can’t get in anymore.
Similar thing happening to me. When I first startup the launcher and click login, it just keeps loading and loading and loading. If I click cancel then try and login again, I get the same error.
It disconnected me while traveling to a WP and gave the me typical message about losing connection and how it could be from firewalls etc, then went to desktop.
Kinda relieved honestly, was afraid I’d screwed up my game somehow.
Yeah I’ve been locked out of GW2 for about 10-15 minutes now. I was somewhat panicking cause I thought I might have been hacked but I guess I’m not the only one unable to log in right now.
Not sure if it will help, but I got kicked out and tried a few basic steps (resetting, etc) but I just tried running the launcher as an admin, and that seems to have helped. Either that or their server had a hiccup..
I disconnected my VPN, it took a while since my home has always the internet in use. But that worked for me… just that lag is going to mess my game now.
When I tried to switch zones, the game went to the character select screen, where an error message appeared, then the game crashed. Now whenever I try to log in, it just keeps loading and loading.
When my sister tried to log in afterwards, it gave a critical error message in a pop up box, so I sent the report to Arena Net. But for some reason, the error message only appears when we try to log in on her account, but not mine.
Still no idea what’s going on, did I mess it up or something???
EDIT: Now it’s working?!? I’m so confused…
I couldnt log in… to the forum much less the game. This was some server issue. I’m back into the forum now, though, and just got into the client as well.
This is happening to me as well. Went to join another server on a map for Volunteer bonus, got kicked for an apparent firewall issue. Now I can’t get back in.
It began after I set up SMS authentication and got my Dragon Minipet in game. Have since disabled the SMS auth, but still cannot login.
I had this happen and what I did was restart my computer. When I restarted it did remove a trojan (not sure if this is related, though) and I was able to login.
I logged in the first time tonight with no real problems, just continuous loading. Then I logged out and keep getting this:

I know 100% for a fact that my log in is correct because I’ve never changed or altered it, yet for some reason it’s saying my info is incorrect. What’s the problem now?

Been playing for several hours until BL TP stopped working. Logged out and then I had the same message showing as yours. Don’t change your account’s password or do anything rash as it has to be something related to account server (a typical sign of that is problem getting updated information from Black Lion TP).

I got this error about seven times on two different accounts, even typing out the password in notepad and copy+pasting it just be sure. Eventually, this error was replaced with
forums are acting up a bit too. At first it said my username/pw was incorrect, then it let me in on a cached session. Gotta love playing with authentication stuff
Same problem. Is anyone actually playing atm? need an ETA from Anet on the fix.
