Just for an email saying someone attempted to login from China. I changed my password already and none of my characters were lost.

When I click deny the login attempt it says “failed”

Why?

Idk, but you should change your Account E-mail and Password before it gets banned then you have to wait 5-12 days to be able to play again.

Why would I get banned?

They will ban your account in order to “protect it from suspected hackers”. That’s what happened to my account, I haven’t been able to log in since the morning of Aug 31st.

At the very least you need to change you password.

I had three login attempts from China this afternoon too.

I also had three. I believe it was from some chinese brute force attacks. Changing your password should be enough, but I’d also make a brand new e-mail and change your account to that… that’s what I’m going to do.
