Game freezes at login screen, cannot even type in my password, rebooted comp and still freezes, what can I do to fix this?

It’s ridiculous, i’m sure they’re busy but there has to be an admin watching the forums at anytime of the day/night that could answer, all the diff time zones you’d think someone would be awake to help…I’m 3 weeks new to the game and love it but it’s this waiting game while I can’t even play that kills my trust in a game.

I’m debating on un-installing and re-installing but idk if the game key I got when I bought the game will work again, being they have a one time use and all.

Reinstalling won’t work since it’s the game itself that’s bugged.
I recommend sitting it out & checking the forums for further help.

You would be better served by posting over in the Tech Support sub-forum, as this is not an Account Issue. I believe there is a current thread there.

It’s not often there are many Devs watching the forums in the middle of the(ir) night.
