Guild Wars 2

I decided to play Guild Wars 2 Today and well i lost my account and password but i found the email address i used so i reset my password when i tried to log on using my Account Name And Password it said it was invalid so i went threw a chain of resetting passwords untill i thought putting my email address into the Account Name instead of KingdomOfMe.7926 which then it came up with this “We have detected that your account may be accessed by and inauthorised individula. For you security further access to the account has been suspended untill this matter can be resolved. to restore access to this account, please contact Support and one of our representative will assist you.” Now am i being stupid because i have been trying all day to get this to work why has it come up with this now could someone help me!!!!!!!!!

What it means is that your account was hacked and then closed down by ANet.

So. You need to first run a security sweep of your computer to make sure it’s clean. Then it’s a good idea to change your email’s password just in case they got into that. After that, contact support at https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new to get your account back.

After you get it back you will need to ask for an Account Restoration, a rollback to a date before the hack. This is only offered one time so it’s important that your computer be clean. If your account is hacked again you will lose everything.
