Login error message
DirectX12 is not backwards compatible with DirectX9 and lower. You need to download DirectX9 separately. After downloading DirectX9, you may need to reinstall your video card drivers too.
“Unable to initialize 3D output….”
I was able to log in Friday afternoon, then on Saturday morning, I tried log in and got that error message. I paid for this game and all of the expansions and I can’t even play it. It says I need DirectX9, but for some reason, I now have DirectX12.
