i try logging in but i keep getting that error code

yes i tried to run as administrator nothing worked

i even tried to reinstalle from my D drive to my C drive nothing worked

i mean i payed full Price for this game so im pretty letdown i expected to be playing this amazing mmo

so please …. can someone help me is there a fix ?
i just want to play

There is no more public solution available than the ones I told you.

i did it already all they want for me is to scan my pc Network specs and so on..

Just do everything they say and wait for answer, they will not stop helping you until your issue is resolved.
